The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a calm area, not far from restaurants and the shopping street as well as JR train and convenience store. The staff was incredibly kind, outstandingly accommodating, provided a familyatmosphere. The room on higher floors. With a microwave oven, a fridge, and a couch bed. The marvellous location was next door to Kozenin Buddhist Temple. I had a good stay in a long time👍😃🙂

The hotel's location minutes from Parking B was great. There were cute stores and convenience stores around the hotel. - I booked a room on the higher floors. - the room had amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right by the bus stop and just a minute's walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly, even if some of them struggled with English, and the room was clean and spacious - we had three single beds! Plus, the fact that we could use the private onsen at no extra charge was a fantastic bonus.

The lack of an elevator, which meant carrying our own luggage up the stairs. However, with only 3-4 floors, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

Starting the New Year at this hotel was a great experience! the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary washing machine and the microwave and fridge in the room. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and close to 7-11 and the bus stop. We also appreciated the spacious room, which had enough room for us to move around and easily store our luggage.

The price for parking in the lot across the street, which seemed steep for the area. for those with heavy bags, the lack of an elevator could be problematic.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. the location couldn't be any better; it's only a couple of minutes walk to the train station, bus centre, and some great restaurants. the rooms were very spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were also very pleased with the breakfast, which had a great selection of food. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, great service, comfy rooms, and delicious breakfast.
